Step 1: On your dashboard https://user.phaata.com/user/index, select "Quick quotes > Post quick quotes"
Step 2: Select FCL Service - https://user.phaata.com/user/fcls/add
- Input the required information “*”
- (1) USD/VND exchange: input exchange that you use because Vietnamese law and Phaata will convert on web.
- (2) Rate of cont. type: If there is not enough price, leave it blank
- (3) Unit: select unit for rate
- (4) Include: required field
Step 3: After input information, click "Post", successful posting notices appear on the screen 
Step 4: To view the Quick quotes FCL just post, select "Quick quotes > Manager Quick quotes"
Quick Quotes News that you just created has status "Pending approval" by Phaata:
*** NOTE:
- In order to avoid confusion during the transaction, Phaata has no function of editing posted quick quotes. You only copy to create new items, or take offline.

Step 2: Select LCL Service - https://user.phaata.com/user/lcls/add
- Input the required information “*”

- After input information, click "Post"

*** Note:
- “Min (CBM)” Used when Shipper looks for rate for shipments below 1 CBM, the system converts to 1 CBM
- If you leave the "Surcharges Cost" and "Destination cost" blank, the system will default "0" when making a transaction.

Step 3: To view the Quick quotes LCL just post, select "Quick quotes > Manager Quick quotes" - https://user.phaata.com/user/services
- Quick Quotes News that you just created has status "Pending approval" by Phaata:
- After approval, status is "Approved"
- And Quick Quotes news wll be appear on Home
